Makeup bag: Vineyard Vines White House Pink Makeup Bag– $58
I have a slight obsession with makeup bags and am always changing mine out when I find cute new ones. The makeup bag I’m currently using is part of the Vineyard Vines White House collection and I’m in love with it. It’s pink with little White Houses on it and it’s the perfect size to fit all of my makeup.
Primer: The Benefit POREfessional Face Primer-$23
This primer is so thin and lightweight underneath my makeup. My face is normally really oily and this primer does a great job of keeping the matte look of my makeup all throughout the day.
Foundation: Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Liquid Makeup 1oz– $43
When I first bought this foundation, I was really nervous. I’m a bargain shopper, so spending more than $20 on foundation is difficult for me. I read a ton of reviews and spent almost 20 minutes talking to the Ulta sales associate before taking the plunge. Let me tell y’all, I’m so glad I did! This makeup lasts all day long and doesn’t make my face look oily and shiny at the end of the day. I’ve always had issues with breakouts, but because this formula is such great quality I haven’t had any problems.
Blush: Ulta Flushed Blush– $10
I love buying Ulta products because they’re very affordable and I’ve always been impressed with the quality. The best part is that anytime you spend $15 or more on Ulta brand makeup or beauty products, you can use this coupon for $3.50 off!
Bronzer: Ulta Natural Glow Bronzer, Medium– $10
One thing I really like about this bronzer is how light if feels when I’m wearing it. I was also impressed with the color and how it wasn’t too orange or dark. Plus, you don’t have to use very much at all which makes it lasts longer.
Mascara: Maybelline New York Volum’ Express The Rocket Washable Mascara- $4.99
I’m always cycling through mascaras and right now I’m loving this one from Maybelline. The thing I love most about it is the application brush itself. With so many bristles, it’s very easy to accomplish a voluminous look that lasts.
Eyebrow Pencil: COVERGIRL Easy Breezy Brow Micro-Fine + Define Pencil, Honey Brown– $5.89
My eyebrows are super light so I always want to add makeup to them to darken them and make them a little more visible. This eyebrow pencil is super easy to use and comes with an eyebrow brush on the opposite side of the pencil to help keep the application even.
Eyeliner: Ulta Micro Felt Tip Liner– $9.00
I love the tip on this eyeliner pen because I don’t like wearing my eyeliner super thick. With this tool I can get get a thin even line every time. With the product I used before I found this one from Ulta, the eyeliner would always rub off and leave a line on my eyelids. Since I’ve switched to this pen, I haven’t had any problems!
Eyeshadow: Ulta Baked Eyeshadow Trio in Logan Square– $10
I actually don’t wear eyeshadow a ton, but when I do I go for a simple look. I use this eyeshadow trio from Ulta Beauty and I think the quality is really great and the product lasts through the day. Again, I’m not an eyeshadow expert by any means, but for my simple style I’d highly recommend this palette.
